QA Tester – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Tester to ensure our software applications meet functional, usability, performance and quality standards before release. The role involves both manual and automated testing across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify functionality and quality.
• Review requirements, specifications and user stories to design test scenarios.
• Create, maintain and update test cases, scripts and documentation.
• Identify, document, reproduce and track software bugs using a test management tool.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing, including cross‑browser and cross‑platform checks.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes, tools and QA documentation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of software testing and quality‑assurance principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience creating and executing manual test cases and documenting defects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps (bug tracking / test management).
• SQL and basic knowledge of APIs, databases and web technologies.
• Experience with regression, functional, integration and exploratory testing.
• Cross‑browser, cross‑platform and device testing.
