R&D Formulator

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our Research & Development team as an R&D Formulator. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, optimization, and scale‑up of solid and liquid dosage forms while supporting analytical research activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for solid and/or liquid dosage forms.
• Perform scale‑up experiments and manage technology transfer to manufacturing.
• Conduct analytical research, including method development and validation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure compliance with GMP, ICH, and pharmacopeial standards.
• Maintain knowledge of excipients and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D.
• Proven experience in formulation development, scale‑up, and analytical research.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ICH guidelines, and pharmacopeial requirements.
