About the role
Join Marriott International as a Receptionist – Guest Experience Expert in Amman, Jordan. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out while supporting operational needs throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Process operational requests, complete reports, and handle guest inquiries.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in accordance with company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks.
- Professional appearance, communication, and adherence to confidentiality standards.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation and reporting systems.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lb.
