Sales Executive

About the role

As part of the Commercial Team, the Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue and developing business opportunities by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new accounts, and promoting the full range of hotel services.

Key responsibilities

• Make telephone and personal sales calls on accounts within assigned market areas and follow up promptly with appropriate action.
• Prospect and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
• Follow up on all leads and maintain strong relationships with Worldwide Sales Offices (WSOs) and other Four Seasons Hotels.
• Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum revenue and profitability while meeting client needs.
• Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to achieve individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
• Report monthly performance against assigned plans and goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales position.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
