Senior Sales Manager

About the role

As a senior member of the Commercial Team at Four Seasons Amman, the Senior Sales Manager drives the hotel’s commercial success through strategic account management, new business development and proactive sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and hotel guests, managing sales calls, client visits and account development activities.
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities in line with the Marketing Plan, expanding the hotel’s market segments across Group and FIT segments.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure high guest and group satisfaction and maximize revenue per available room.
• Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum revenue and profitability while meeting client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum four years of experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented professional with strong business acumen and team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Opera property management system (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
