About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Manager to define, plan and lead sales strategy for products, systems and services, driving sustainable order growth, revenue and customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Channels Segment Manager and works onsite.

Key responsibilities

  • Define sales targets, metrics and measurement tools; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities with existing and potential customers, allocate resources and plan implementation.
  • Conduct customer surveys, act on results to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Participate in negotiation of key contracts and manage pricing in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Support sales organization to achieve volume and product mix targets.
  • Monitor client financial status and report risks, including cybersecurity, to internal teams.

Required profile

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ years of sales experience in a related field.
  • Strong client connections in the market.
  • Experience with LV products, building automation and panel building.
