Senior Analyst – IT Enterprise Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst in IT Enterprise Analytics to design, build and maintain scalable data platforms that support reporting and data‑driven decision making across the organization. The role will focus on data ingestion, transformation, modeling and enablement of self‑service analytics, with a strong emphasis on Python‑based engineering and modern cloud architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate data pipelines for structured and semi‑structured data using Python and distributed processing frameworks.
• Create and maintain analytical data models (star/snowflake schemas, fact and dimension tables) optimized for reporting.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, performance and consistency across the platform.
• Translate business and analytical requirements into maintainable data solutions.
• Build semantic/analytical models to support enterprise reporting and self‑service BI.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers and business stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in BI development or data engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Python programming for data engineering.
• SQL and query optimization.
• Data warehousing concepts (ETL/ELT, fact‑dimension modeling).
• Design of star and snowflake schemas.
• Experience with distributed data processing frameworks.
