Senior Business System Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business System Analyst bridges business needs with technology solutions, working on large‑scale enterprise and government digital transformation projects. You will translate stakeholder requirements into clear, implementable system specifications and support solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements, producing high‑quality BRDs, FSDs and use cases.
• Conduct workshops, interviews and stakeholder analysis to understand current processes.
• Develop business process models (BPMN 2.0) and perform gap analysis to define target‑state processes.
• Design system interactions, APIs and integration points, creating sequence, activity and data‑flow diagrams.
• Validate technical solutions and support delivery teams during implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business and system analysis on enterprise or government projects.
• Proven ability to produce BRDs, FSDs and detailed use cases.
• Strong understanding of business process engineering, SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts and integration‑driven environments.
