Senior CMS Manager (Adobe Experience Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior CMS Manager with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead end‑to‑end digital content operations across enterprise websites and platforms. The role combines hands‑on authoring with operational leadership, governance, and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day content operations for AEM‑managed sites, planning and prioritising publishing activities across multiple markets, brands and languages.
• Define and enforce authoring standards, governance processes and editorial workflows, covering component usage, template structure, metadata, version control and publishing approvals.
• Perform hands‑on AEM Sites authoring: create, edit and publish pages, components, editable templates, content fragments and experience fragments.
• Manage multi‑site and multilingual delivery using AEM Multi Site Manager (MSM), including live copies, language copies, roll‑outs and RTL content support.
• Oversee Digital Asset Management (DAM) to ensure assets are organized, accessible and reusable.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, design, development, QA and product teams to guarantee high‑quality, accessible and SEO‑optimized digital experiences.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing CMS operations on large, multi‑site, multilingual platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of content governance, publishing workflows and brand compliance.
• Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on authoring tasks.
