Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Strategy Consulting)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments. This remote, project‑based freelance position involves translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project environments, creating detailed scenarios with industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards by developing grading frameworks, rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based grading systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under time pressure.
• Comfort with forming and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; onboarding on lightweight tools will be provided.
