About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a Senior Life Insurance Sales Consultant to drive growth by building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored life insurance solutions. You will manage the sales pipeline, engage prospects through multiple channels, and achieve monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking, and field meetings.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.
• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
