Senior Motion Graphics Designer – After Effects Expert

About the role

TCF is seeking a senior motion graphics designer with deep expertise in Adobe After Effects to create premium short‑form social media reels. The role focuses on high‑impact visual storytelling using advanced 3D camera work, kinetic typography and seamless animation techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Design and animate high‑end Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts using advanced After Effects techniques.
• Build complex multi‑layered 3D environments, manage camera rigs, null‑object parenting and smooth multi‑axis sweeps.
• Create kinetic typography and graphic overlays with modern design, precise pacing and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with creative and video‑editing teams to turn scripts and raw footage into polished final assets.
• Ensure flawless easing, motion blur and natural rhythm across all animations.

Required profile

• Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, especially 3D layers, camera rigs and expression‑driven animations.
• Mastery of the Graph Editor to control speed and value curves for ultra‑smooth transitions.
• Strong technical skills in compositing, camera tracking, keying and workflow‑optimising expressions.
• Excellent sense of timing, audio‑sync and sound‑design integration.
• Professional showreel or portfolio demonstrating advanced camera work and kinetic typography.
