Senior Product Manager – On-site, Amman

About the role

BEANZ is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle of its coffee‑tech marketplace across mobile, web and merchant platforms. Based in Amman, you will drive AI‑first features, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch for mobile, web and merchant solutions.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI and workflow generators to accelerate documentation, prototyping and user‑story creation.
• Create wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, working closely with UX/UI designers.
• Run agile ceremonies – grooming, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives – and maintain a healthy sprint rhythm.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and data teams to translate requirements into deliverable features.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics.
• Coordinate releases, manage deadlines and travel to the UAE for workshops and market immersion when needed.
• Conduct user research, market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a marketplace or consumer‑app environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience working with UX/UI teams and engineering squads.
• Bonus: background in loyalty systems, e‑commerce or mobile‑first products.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted product workflows (ChatGPT, Figma AI, workflow generators).
• Ability to produce mockups, flows and interactive prototypes independently.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery practices.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
