Senior Programme Support Associate

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Programme Support Associate to join its Programme Support Unit in Amman, Jordan. The role contributes to IOM’s mission of promoting humane and orderly migration by supporting the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects and initiatives across the mission.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of programmes and projects within the IOM Jordan Mission.
• Coordinate closely with the Head of Programmes, Programme Support Unit Officer and Project Support Unit Coordinator.
• Liaise with headquarters, regional colleagues, external partners and donors to ensure quality and well‑coordinated programming.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the mission‑wide IOM Jordan strategy.

Required profile

• Works under the overall supervision of the Head of Programmes and the direct supervision of the Programme Support Unit Officer.
• Collaborates with the Project Support Unit Coordinator and other thematic units.
