Senior Software Developer – .NET Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior software developer to lead our .NET development initiatives. The role spans backend, web, and mobile projects, requiring strong architectural design, mentorship, and delivery excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and technical design using C#.NET Core/Framework, and ASP.NET Core.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture.
• Implement complex features, optimise performance and scalability, and ensure secure, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best‑practice standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and data‑access layers.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Business Analysis teams.
• Track KPI metrics such as bug recurrence, code quality, and delivery accuracy.
• Communicate technical risks, delays, and resolutions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core.NET Core/Framework).
• Strong understanding of backend architecture patterns and web development.
• Experience with Angular or similar front‑end frameworks is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and mentor teams.
