Senior Strategy Consultant – Energy, Industrials & Sustainability

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high‑impact projects for clients in the Energy, Industrials and Sustainability sectors across the MENA region. You will work closely with senior leadership and clients to shape strategic direction and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials and Sustainability.
• Define project objectives with senior leadership and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Work directly with clients to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and high‑impact deliverables.
• Manage project teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Solid consulting background with 3–6+ years of experience delivering strategic projects in Energy, Industrials or Sustainability.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Arabic language capability and willingness to travel within the MENA region.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
