Senior Supply Chain Manager – Holding Operations

About the role

Al Maysarah Holding is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise supply‑chain activities across its subsidiaries. The role will shape enterprise‑wide strategy, ensure consistent processes, and drive performance improvements in a heavy‑industry environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a holding‑wide supply‑chain strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight of procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing and logistics.
• Strengthen supplier performance, manage contracts, optimise costs and mitigate supply risks.
• Establish standardised policies, controls and performance indicators across all subsidiaries.
• Analyse supply‑chain performance and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Commercial and Technical teams to support business requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Proven experience in industrial, manufacturing, cement, energy, mining or other heavy‑industry settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, imports, customs procedures and Incoterms.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS or CPSM are a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel across the holding’s operations.
