Senior UI/UX Strategy & Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Strategy & Design professional to join our team in Amman, Jordan. You will shape digital products, define design strategy, and build scalable design systems that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy and ensure design objectives support key business KPIs.
• Build, maintain, and govern scalable design systems using Atomic Design principles.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Lead complex interaction design and high‑fidelity prototyping efforts.
• Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, digital product design, interaction design, or design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX strategy, user research, and design system governance.
• Proven ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Experience handling complex interaction design projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
