Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator

About the role

Bluemina Citizenship & Residency is seeking a Senior Multimedia Designer & Content Creator to join its Amman office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will shape visual storytelling across digital and offline channels, supporting the company’s global mobility services.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce multimedia content that promotes Bluemina’s services.
• Create and edit videos, including filming, motion graphics, and post‑production workflows.
• Design graphics, visual assets, and layouts for web, social media, and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories.
• Manage production timelines and optimise content for engagement and performance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, multimedia technologies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong multimedia production background with experience in audio‑visual storytelling.
• Proven video production skills: filming, editing, motion graphics, and post‑production.
• Graphic design expertise, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Web design ability to create engaging, user‑friendly digital experiences.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent tools.
• Portfolio showcasing multimedia, video, and graphic design projects, preferably from a corporate or agency setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
