Service Center Accountant – Invoicing & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Service Center Accountant to support the financial and operational activities of our workshops and showrooms. The role combines invoicing, collections, cash handling, inventory control, and accounts receivable duties while ensuring accurate records across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations for all showrooms, including invoicing and collection follow‑up.
• Oversee gift campaigns: control stock, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery to technicians.
• Conduct regular stock counts for spare‑parts warehouses, showrooms, and defective inventory.
• Record daily cash transactions and prepare bank cash deposits.
• Coordinate workshop and mall returns with warehouse supervisors.
• Process and post Transfer Orders between locations.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor Accounts Receivable reports for workshops and showrooms.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial and operational transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in cash, inventory, invoices, and transfers.
• Provide financial and operational support to the Customer Service Center as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, automotive, customer service, or workshop environments.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Good understanding of cash handling, invoicing, collections, and inventory control.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
