About the role

The Credit Policy & Governance Specialist will manage and support a portfolio of consumer asset products, including personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards. This role combines product strategy, market analysis, and compliance to drive growth and profitability while ensuring robust credit decisioning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the portfolio of consumer asset products, ensuring effective delivery and customer service.
• Assist in developing and implementing asset product strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify product enhancement opportunities.
• Monitor and report on product performance, including volumes, revenues, and delinquency rates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to consumer asset products.
• Support integration of AI and alternative data into credit decisioning, working closely with data science teams.
• Participate in the design and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer banking or asset product management.
• Strong analytical, market research, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Hands‑on experience with credit scorecard development, validation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Credit scoring model development and validation (using Gini, KS, PSI, bad rates).
• AI integration and use of alternative data for credit decisioning.
• Scorecard development, monitoring, and portfolio stability analysis.
• Knowledge of digital lending product development.
