About the role
We are seeking a professional Spa Receptionist to manage the front‑desk of our spa. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handling appointments, payments and providing friendly service to ensure a memorable spa experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage appointments, cancellations and rescheduling using booking software.
- Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions and keep accurate records.
- Assist with spa retail sales and provide product information.
- Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with booking or scheduling software.
