About the role

Join the luxury spa team at The Ritz‑Carlton Amman as a Spa Therapist. You will deliver high‑quality massage and body treatments to discerning guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs, verify contraindications, and maintain detailed service records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment rooms, including sterilizing tools and handling linens.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Monitor treatment times, handle inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott SOPs, and report safety incidents.
• Uphold uniform standards, confidentiality, and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• Technical or vocational education related to massage therapy.
• State or regional massage license as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.

Required skills

• State or regional massage licensure.
