Technical Architect – Fortinet Solutions Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Architect who will act as the Fortinet solutions expert for our partners. The role involves translating customer business needs into robust security architectures and delivering technical enablement across the partner ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Attend partner meetings and provide expert guidance on solution architecture based on gathered requirements.
• Gather and analyse customer business needs, translating them into system and technical specifications.
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements and specifications.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase Fortinet features and functionality.
• Organise Fortinet assets for partner technical enablement, solution testing, validation, certification and deployment.
• Deploy, integrate and manage security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR and related Fortinet products.
• Develop and approve installation requirements for LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, firewalls and other network devices.
• Maintain awareness of competitive security solutions.
• Provide partner training, build technical demonstration environments and scripts, and support webinars and hands‑on demos.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in partner enablement and technical training.
