About the role
Respond.io is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Technical Customer Support specialist to join its globally distributed team. You will be the primary point of contact for SaaS customers across the EMEA region, helping them resolve technical issues and maximize product value.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, timely support for the Respond.io SaaS platform via chat and video calls.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly, using the shared inbox tool to manage inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues by applying deep knowledge of product features, APIs and business needs.
- Monitor recurring questions and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to propose improvements.
- Empower customers to self‑serve by guiding them to on‑demand success resources.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Customer Support role, preferably within a SaaS or IT environment.
- Proven ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong analytical mindset to uncover customers’ true objectives.
- Comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to non‑technical users.
Required skills
- Experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp API.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI technologies.
