About the role

CampusTop is looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join its growing sales team. You will engage prospective customers over the phone, build relationships, and help convert leads into loyal learners of English conversation lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce CampusTop’s English conversation services.
• Build rapport, spark interest, and guide prospects through the sales journey.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of proven sales experience.
• Strong drive for achievement and results.
• Team‑player attitude with energy, positivity, and focus.
