About the role
The Telesales Representative will join Al-Asayel’s growing cosmetics brand in Amman, handling both outbound and inbound calls to promote beauty and personal care products. You will engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions while contributing to the company’s sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present product features and benefits.
- Process orders, update customer records in the CRM system, and follow up on leads.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Respond to customer questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and provide customer feedback.
- Participate in product and sales training sessions.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in customer service, telesales or inside sales with a focus on meeting measurable targets.
- Willingness to learn product details quickly and apply selling techniques.
- Professionalism, reliability, and good time‑management in a fast‑paced call environment.
- Ability to work on‑site in Amman and collaborate with a diverse team.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Experience using CRM systems or call‑management software.
