UX/UI Designer (Mid to Senior)

About the role

Motory is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join its Amman office. The role focuses on creating intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms for a growing portfolio of products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop diagrams and user flows to map out user journeys.
• Produce low‑fidelity wireframes that explore layout concepts.
• Design high‑fidelity screens that align with brand and usability standards.
• Build interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
• Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system.
• Design for desktop, responsive web, iOS and Android interfaces.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts or a related discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, Jordan on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, components, libraries and variables.
• Knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
• Knowledge of Android Material Design Guidelines.
