About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic front‑of‑house team members to join our dining service. As a Waiter or Waitress you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their visit.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain good knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and allergens.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Clear and reset tables while upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow food safety procedures and IHG service standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training sessions and contribute positively to the team and guest experience.
