Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to join Unifonic’s fast‑growing sales team. You will work remotely to build and nurture strategic client relationships, promote our AI‑native communication platform, and help shape market perception of our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base while strengthening existing relationships, reporting relevant data.
• Create compelling sales pitches for prospective clients.
• Track activities and maintain accurate records of leads and account status in the CRM system.
• Identify key decision‑makers, arrange meetings, and drive the sales process.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell to existing clients through regular follow‑ups.
• Keep clients informed about new products, renew contracts, and maintain clear sales records.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to preserve trust.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design solutions and close qualified opportunities.
• Develop cooperative closing strategies with sales leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recent B2B experience in the Information Technology or Telecom industry.
• Proven ability in territory development, lead generation, and qualification.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
