Account Executive, Microsoft Ecosystem Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Account Executive to drive new enterprise logos across the Middle East and Africa for our Microsoft‑focused software portfolio. The role is fully remote and requires hunting new customers, building partner relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on Microsoft endpoint and workspace management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new enterprise and public‑sector accounts across MEA, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and expansion.
• Develop and activate a network of resellers, MSPs and system integrators, co‑selling and creating joint account plans.
• Sell Recast Right Click Tools and Application Workspace, positioning each solution within the customer’s Microsoft estate.
• Map each customer’s Microsoft value chain, uncover gaps and recommend the appropriate product, vendor or partner service.
• Qualify opportunities using the MEDDIC framework and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver demos, workshops and seamless hand‑overs.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of B2B software sales experience with a proven record of new‑logo acquisition, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines from scratch using outbound outreach, events and partner‑sourced leads.
• Experience recruiting and managing channel partners and navigating procurement in GCC or African markets.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage and French is a plus.
• Self‑starting hunter mentality, comfortable saying “no” when a solution does not fit the customer.

Required skills

• Microsoft endpoint management tools: ConfigMgr, Intune, Entra.
• Microsoft 365 governance components: SharePoint, Teams, Purview.
• Power Platform (basic knowledge).
• MEDDIC (or MEDDPICC) qualification methodology.
• Knowledge of application delivery and IT automation concepts.
