Account Executive – Social Media

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency, is seeking an Account Executive – Social Media to develop and execute social media strategies that boost clients' online presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute monthly content calendars from briefing through publishing and reporting.
• Develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand objectives and monitor platform trends.
• Manage community interactions, including comment moderation, audience engagement and reputation management.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in social media, account management or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter).
• Proficiency with social media management and reporting tools.
• Creative thinking for content ideation.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
