Account Manager / Customer Success Officer

About the role

BusinessChat is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Success Officer to join its Customer Success team in Amman. You will help e‑commerce managers boost revenue by onboarding new clients, ensuring optimal use of the platform, and building lasting relationships with high‑value customers.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Set clear client‑retention goals and work toward them.
• Assist customers with setting up and navigating BusinessChat programs and software.
• Define a mission for each client and deploy strategies aligned with that mission.
• Follow success procedures, policies, and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding and success actions.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Manage client projects, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Handle client relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months experience in customer success, account management or sales, preferably in software, telecom or major e‑commerce companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking capabilities.
