Account Manager - Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Standout Agency is a creative agency specialising in digital marketing and media production, working across branding, design and production to help brands grow across online channels. It has a presence in Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan, responsible for managing client relationships, turning client objectives into clear briefs for internal creative, marketing and production teams, and overseeing project timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and understand client objectives, then turn them into clear briefs for internal teams
• Oversee project timelines, coordinate deliverables and ensure campaigns run on budget and to agreed quality standards
• Lead client meetings, prepare proposals and reports, and track performance
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand and improve client accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with brand goals and market trends

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client servicing or project management within a creative, digital marketing or media agency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic and familiarity with the Jordanian and GCC markets are highly beneficial

Required skills

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing channels and media production workflows
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools such as spreadsheets, presentations and project management software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
