Account Manager

About the role

Acacus, a leading fleet telematics and AIoT company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage its enterprise and government portfolio in Amman, Jordan. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise and government accounts, acting as the main client liaison.
• Develop and execute 12‑18 month account strategies covering renewals, upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, bid preparation, submission and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with technical, delivery and operational teams to guarantee on‑time, specification‑compliant solutions.
• Lead regular business reviews, handle escalations and maintain stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and CRM data hygiene.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of account management or B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet management, telematics, mobility technology, GPS tracking, IoT, telecommunications or IT solutions.
• Proven track record managing enterprise and government accounts and navigating public procurement processes.
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of building long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
