About the role
Astrolabe Technology is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the company. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of coffee solutions and operational services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring long‑term satisfaction.
- Present commercial offers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Follow up on contract execution and monitor client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical teams for installations, maintenance, and support.
- Monitor client consumption patterns and anticipate needs.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Drive.
- Experience in the hospitality or coffee industry is a plus.
