Account Manager

About the role

Vyltic, Jordan's largest padel network, is looking for an Account Manager to manage relationships with brands, venues and partners. The role is office‑based in Amman with frequent visits to client sites, events and venues, and requires fluency in Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, responding quickly to client needs.
• Maintain the rhythm of each relationship through regular check‑ins, reports, reviews and renewals.
• Translate client requests into clear briefs for internal teams and oversee delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues early; own any problems that arise and ensure they are fixed.
• Spot opportunities to increase value for both the client and Vyltic and present them.
• Keep the pipeline and account tracker up‑to‑date for full visibility.
• Feed client feedback back into the company to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Credible and confident in both venue owners' offices and brand managers' boardrooms.
• Highly organized with a strong ownership mindset and up‑to‑date trackers.
• Curious about clients' businesses and eager to understand context beyond the brief.
• Relevant experience in account management, client services, marketing, hospitality or sales; knowledge of padel is a plus.
