Accountant – EMEA Finance

About the role

Acuative is seeking a hands‑on Accountant to join its EMEA finance team. Reporting to the EMEA Accounting Manager, you will support both EMEA and US operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient processes, and timely completion of accounting tasks across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform General Ledger accounting, including month‑end closing and trial‑balance analysis.
• Handle project invoicing, financial analysis, and manage collections of outstanding receivables.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and oversee AP/AR processes.
• Manage multi‑currency transactions, intercompany accounting, and related reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal teams across the USA, KSA, and UK to meet reporting deadlines.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
