Accountant – Financial Reporting & Inventory Management

About the role

Fairuzy Lifestyle is seeking an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. The role will support the company’s retail distribution operations across multiple product categories, handling daily accounting tasks, financial reporting and inventory audits.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, including invoice processing and regular statements.
• Prepare and analyse income statements and other financial reports.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile inventory records.
• Handle product costing and pricing calculations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor expenses, revenues, and cash flow.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in trading accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP accounting software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
