Accountant

About the role

3 Clouds, an IT solutions provider, is looking for a diligent Accountant to join its finance team in Amman. The role is ideal for a mid‑level professional with 3‑5 years of experience who can independently handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks while supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage daily accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, revenues, and cash flow; conduct budget‑vs‑actual analysis.
• Support management with financial analysis and performance insights.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Perform bank, account, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure reporting complies with IFRS and maintain proper financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Maintain financial data in the company’s ERP/accounting system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Progress toward CMA (Part 1 completed) or ACCA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Hands‑on experience with an ERP or accounting system (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
