Advanced Business Mobile Applications Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate engineer to lead the client‑facing mobile applications track for Zain Jordan’s Advanced Business Mobile Applications platform. The role combines architectural ownership, hands‑on development and delivery of high‑quality Flutter‑based mobile and web clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery of the mobile client track, from architecture to on‑time release.
• Design, develop and maintain Flutter UI, native Android/iOS components, real‑time communication flows, SDK integrations and Arabic RTL support.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise non‑functional requirements such as AES‑256 encryption, secure token handling, performance targets and device compatibility.
• Collaborate on cross‑cutting concerns like API contracts, authentication, error handling and shared architectural decisions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, component patterns, test coverage and CI/CD pipeline discipline.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design sessions, providing accurate estimates and flagging risks.
• Produce clear technical documentation for integration patterns, deployment procedures and configuration guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mobile application development.
• Formal training or certification in Flutter/Dart development is preferred.
• Knowledge of Android development (Kotlin) is a plus.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart.
• Native Android and iOS development (Kotlin, Swift/Objective‑C optional).
• Real‑time communication, SDK integration and client‑side state management.
• Security concepts such as AES‑256 encryption and hardware‑backed keystores.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
