Affiliate Manager – MENA Region

About the role

Quadcode is seeking a proactive Affiliate Manager to lead the development of its partner network across the MENA region for the new Affstore product. You will be the first dedicated hire responsible for building and scaling affiliate relationships, driving revenue through performance‑based models, and shaping the affiliate program from its early stages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliates using Revenue Share and CPA models in the MENA market.
• Conduct daily outreach, prospecting, and lead processing to grow the affiliate base.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and handling inquiries.
• Coordinate payout processes and monitor affiliate activity to prevent fraud.
• Initiate projects to improve the affiliate program and gather feedback for continuous enhancement.
• Participate in remote and offline affiliate events, conferences, and business trips.
• Produce analytical reports on affiliate performance and present insights to the Team Lead.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with local affiliates, networks, and agencies.
• Strong sales and communication capabilities.
• Experience in Forex or broker affiliate programs, including CPA and RevShare partnerships.
• Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
