Agency Management Advisor – English & German

About the role

We are looking for an Agency Management Advisor fluent in English and German to act as the main liaison between our app and partner agencies. You will oversee in‑app events, ensure smooth communication, and help grow our agency relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, track, and take responsibility for in‑app events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the app and agencies, handling all communications.
• Provide feedback and periodic event reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the satisfaction of content creators and agencies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German for daily work.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage client interactions.
• 0–1 years of experience in customer service or on a live‑streaming platform.
• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
