Agency Management Advisor

About the role
The Agency Management Advisor will act as the primary liaison between Saya App and its network of agencies operating within live‑streaming services. You will build and nurture strong relationships, ensuring agencies achieve their goals while delivering high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing agencies.
- Collaborate with agencies to understand their needs, goals, and budget constraints.
- Monitor agency performance, address issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and approach potential agency partners to expand the customer base.
- Promote Saya App’s services and negotiate partnership agreements.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English for daily communication.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong service mindset and high accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
