AI Conversation Designer

About the role

ClearGrid is seeking its first Arabic‑speaking Conversation Designer to shape the linguistic and cultural quality of its AI agents. You will join the conversation design team, reporting to the Conversation Design Manager, and be responsible for designing, reviewing, and launching Arabic voice and chat agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design conversation flows, dialogue structures, copy, and edge‑case handling for new and existing AI agents (voice and chat).
• Lead Arabic conversation design, ensuring linguistic and cultural excellence and serving as the authority on Arabic quality.
• Prepare comprehensive handover packages for prompt engineers, including requirements, designs, and implementation guidelines.
• Track and analyze agent performance with the analytics team, report impact, and recommend optimisations.
• Conduct live‑agent quality reviews covering dimensions beyond compliance QA.
• Write and maintain conversation design standards, methodology, and internal processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year (ideally 2+ years) of conversation design experience on production chatbots or voice agents, with hands‑on shipping experience.
• Fluent Arabic with deep understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
• Comfort working with data to track, monitor, and report on agent performance.
• High ownership, ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong attention to detail and rigor in documentation and quality checks.
• Curious and informed perspective on the future of voice AI and conversational interfaces.
