About the role
PG Academy is seeking an AI Games Instructor / Track Lead to head its AI Games specialization. You will teach students how AI transforms game design and development while supervising their graduation projects.
Key responsibilities
- Teach game design fundamentals, AI‑driven game development, and Unity integration.
- Guide student teams through the creation of playable graduation projects.
- Cover topics such as procedural generation, AI NPCs, character and environment generation, and rapid prototyping.
- Utilise technologies like Unity, Meshy AI, AccuRIG, ComfyUI and ChatGPT in coursework.
Required profile
- 5+ years in game development, design, technical art or related fields.
- Strong Unity experience with a shipped game or advanced prototype.
- Hands‑on experience with procedural systems, AI NPCs or ML‑driven gameplay.
- Solid understanding of game mechanics and ability to debug/live‑build systems.
- Teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
