AI Lead

About the role

Prezlab is looking for an AI Lead to shape the direction of its AI department and drive both internal automations and external AI‑powered products. You will work at the intersection of technology and storytelling, translating company priorities into actionable AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the AI department’s roadmap, aligning internal and external AI projects with business goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of AI‑powered products, from prototype to market launch and revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI architects, handling workload planning, feedback, and career development.
• Design, build, and ship internal AI automations that improve workflows across other departments.
• Maintain and audit production AI systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in AI or software development with hands‑on programming experience.
• Prior experience managing or leading a technical team is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate technical details for both technical peers and senior non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required skills

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks.
• Proficiency in building automation tooling for AI applications.
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, and governance practices.
• Technical research and tool evaluation expertise.
