AI Software Engineer – Financial Advisory

About the role

Join EY's Data & AI team to design, build, and operationalize scalable AI solutions for financial advisory clients. You will work with large language models, generative AI, and modern MLOps pipelines to embed AI capabilities into business processes across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to two AI‑focused projects, collaborating with senior business leaders to define AI‑driven FAAS strategies.
• Design and implement MLOps pipelines, integrate LLMs, and develop GenAI use cases such as document summarisation, chatbots, and intelligent assistants.
• Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor engagement performance against budget.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, evaluate new tools, and support go‑to‑market and business development efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 4‑5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a global consulting firm.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into measurable AI solutions.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI APIs.
• Design and deployment of MLOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.
