Alternate Site Manager – Secret Clearance (Logistics)

About the role

The Alternate Site Manager supports the Site Manager in daily logistics operations for the AFCAP V Southwest Asia Logistics (SWA Log) program. When the Site Manager is unavailable, the Alternate assumes full authority over contract activities, ensuring seamless support for U.S. Air Force missions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with daily execution of all task order requirements.
• Act with full authority on contract operations in the Site Manager’s absence.
• Represent the contractor in meetings, inspections, and briefings with government representatives.
• Supervise logistics personnel, monitor staffing, attendance, and work assignments.
• Conduct monthly inventories of BEAR equipment, property kits, consumables, and tools.
• Review and verify inventory records, shipment documents, and transfer requests.
• Coordinate property movements, pickups, deliveries, and turn‑ins to DLA Disposition Services.
• Maintain organized, secure, and compliant equipment yards and storage areas.
• Support quality‑control inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Lead safety briefings and enforce use of personal protective equipment.
• Prepare monthly, situation, inventory, and flash reports and maintain continuity files.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Experience supervising logistics or supply‑chain personnel.
• Strong knowledge of property accountability and inventory management.
• Ability to interact effectively with government officials and contractors.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
