Animated Labour Rights Awareness Video Consultant (Jordan)

About the role

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a consultant to create a short animated video (up to three minutes) that raises awareness of selected Jordanian labour law topics. The video will target workers in Jordan, including refugees and other vulnerable groups, and will be produced in coordination with the Ministry of Labour.

Key responsibilities

• Review and confirm the labour law topic in collaboration with DRC and the Ministry of Labour.
• Develop a clear concept, script, and storyboard tailored to the target audience.
• Produce the animation, record Arabic voice‑over, and add English subtitles.
• Incorporate feedback from DRC and the Ministry and deliver the final edited video.
• Provide all editable/source files upon completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creating animated awareness or educational videos.
• Familiarity with labour‑related content or ability to translate legal information into simple visual narratives.
• Ability to work closely with NGOs and government partners.
